Design Studio 4 has designed a master site plan for the site that houses the Jim West Mansion, currently being renovated into The Dr34M Collection Houston flagship store by Hakeem Olajuwon.  The master site plan provides improvements along with additions to accommodate the Owner’s current and future needs for Retail, Restaurant, Cafe, Office and Outdoor garden areas.
